The neighbor has asked this company to come at 6am to cut down loads of tree branches.
This is unacceptable when the homes are so close together. We have not been able to sleep thanks to their loud work. If someone asks you to do something that is egregious, it is your responsibility to say no. Before 8 am is absolutely no and even before 9 am, should not be permitted. You have no idea how hard it is for some people to get decent sleep or their work situations.
Be respectful.
They ***lied*** about obtaining permission from the HOA.

I would not use this company again. I had two beautiful trees before they came to trim and prune. There was a guy in the tree getting instructions from a guy below on how to cut the tree. My family and neighbors asked what happened to our trees. We have since had to remove one of the trees because it died. These people are not arborist.

I am delighted to whole heartedly recommend RPM Services Extreme. In my case I had an orange tree that was boiled in the 2020 summer heat, and I had to let it go. Rod came over for the estimate and took the extra time to explain a lot about our trees. We moved to Glendale, AZ in February 2020 and are still learning about our landscaping. I sincerely appreciated the education. When they arrived to grind the stump he and his crew showed up on time. They have an impressive amount of equipment to perform the task quickly and efficiently. They were probably here 10 to 15 minutes and had the stump ground

These guys are great! On time,fast(1 hour or less for 9 palms),professional,awesome service! No mess left behind,they even used the blower to clean the pool deck! WOW! Just wish I could give more stars! Rod and his crew are amazing! They removed 5 trees and trimmed an overgrown Ficus in about 4 hours. They picked up all the debris from my yard and made sure nothing was left on my neighbors yard. The entire crew were all so nice and professional! Also they arrived at the time that was scheduled which is so rare these days.So glad we found you and would highly recommend you to everyone. My yard looks amazing:) Thank you so much!

I had a monster Palo Verde taking over my yard that needed removal. After checking with a local gardner and a couple of others, I called RPM. They answered promptly and I explained that I had a large pergola under the tree and care was needed in the tree removal. Rodney said no problem and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate over the phone, but wanted to come out and take a look. He came by within a few days and revised his estimate, which was very fair considering the precarious job. We just had them come out and trim our pineapple palm. We bought this home not too long ago so who knows how long this thing has been growing but it was ugly! They came out when they said they would and the price was great. The whole crew did an amazing job and my ugly palm now adds curb appeal and looks fantastic. Call them - you won't be disappointed.

RPM has done tree trimming at my Central Phx home several times over the years. They always provide quick service and great rates. One of my trees grows out of the center of my home and is tricky to trim. They always do so with no issues and clean-up is perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend them.
