For a couple years now, we have had Walter of Primeview Window Cleaning clean the windows of our 2-story home in New Lenox a few times a year. He has always done an excellent job. His pricing is very reasonable, AND he gives a 7-day rain guarantee.
If you call and don't reach him -- or if you leave a message, and he doesn't get back to you right away -- don't give up. He is extremely busy and, like a lot of small business these days, he can't always get good, reliable help, so he has to do much of the cleaning himself. Believe me, he's worth waiting for; you won't be sorry!

For the first time in 30 years, we hired a window cleaning company, and it was well worth the money. The job was very professionally completed by Steve and Miguel, and Walter was very helpful on the phone with scheduling the appointment. Prices are very reasonable, and they will be back next year to do them all again. Highly recommend this company for your window cleaning needs.

We have used PrimeView several times for our two-story home to clean the exterior and interior windows, high chandeliers, and glass shower/tub enclosures. We keep calling them back because they do an excellent job and go the extra mile (e.g., we asked them to mark any windows that had a broken seal; they clean the windows as well as wipe down the sashes). And they are creative about getting the job done in a timely way. When we were on a time deadline, they watched the weather for several days waiting for a good spell and came out on a weekend to do the exteriors, and did the interiors separately
