Services
We have designed and built custom homes together for over 30 years across the Upstate. After so many years working side-by-side in our family-run, custom home building business, we believe strongly in the value of relationships. We have proudly built multiple homes for many of the families we serve, sometimes across generations.
Through our design-build process, we assemble and manage top talents in the industry, including architects, designers, landscape architects, and other subcontractors. We work with many of the same subcontractors year after year, building a cohesive team that can deliver high-quality work within your time and budget.
Our team specializes in design-build, handling your project from conception to construction. We have expertise in a variety of designs, styles, and floor plans. Up-to-date design, industrial architecture, and sustainability, as well as open floor plans, large expanses of glass, and minimal exterior expression.
We are proud to offer our new Keowee Collection floor plans. These lake home plans are meant to inspire, but if they delight, we can build your home to any particular spec. Each is grand enough to allow friends and family to feel welcome, yet cozy enough so that upkeep is easy. These designs have all the essentials for modern living with open floor plans and gracious areas for outdoor enjoyment.
