DAV termite inspection was made on 09/09/2021 to our main house and granny flat. After a twelve day wait for the inspection report, I have decided that no report is coming and we will go with another termite company. As an aside note, the outside of the granny flat was inspected for termites and nothing was found except dry rot on the patio cover. No inspection was made to the inside of this building. A subsequent inspection from another company found extensive termite activity both on the inside and outside of the granny flat.

We had our termites taken care of last year, and so this year we had some re-treatments done. Edgar came in a timely manner, and took care of everything while answering any questions I had. He was thorough, detail oriented, efficient, and easy to talk to. He really made sure that anything he did was done well-and by the time he left I felt comfortable in our choice in choosing DAV for our termite needs. Best business in town! Good, honest, family owned company with great prices. Julio and Vince where great. I had called them to repair a termite problem on my patio deck and they pointed out some other areas around my home I had no idea had termites! They showed up on time and did a great job. Definitely our go to guys for all our repair work and pest needs.

These guys are great and I appreciate everything they do for us. We flip houses and we rely on DAV to get the work done quickly, efficiently, and for a great price! Of course, I called them immediately a month ago when I found subterranian termites crawling out of my walls in my own house! They came out the next day, treated the termites, and left the place clean and tidy. I recommend DAV to anyone who needs quality work done.
