Shawn came out, checked the unit outside and in the attic, explained the situation, cleaned the gunk out of the line, gave me a heads up on what I can do moving forward and even took the time to walk me through resetting the control panel. Found out that we needed a full system replacement (AC with heat pump) so we chose Merc Air after having met with several other companies. Shawn came out the next morning after I called to meet with me and took the time to thoroughly explain how the system works and ask me about our needs and usage.
