We used this company after being referred to them. It’s been the most unprofessional and disjointed experience I’ve had as a consumer. Their office staff is rude and unprofessional, they don’t seem to have any kind of communication between their employees as we had them come out last week, then they called us 5 days later trying to schedule another appointment after they were here. When we questioned that, they responded that they didn’t know if the person the previous week completed all the work. How do you not know if you did the work we paid you for? Utterly unacceptable.

I’ve been using Valley Guard Pest Control for one year now. In this time, I have experienced, friendly, efficient service technicians who have always shown up on time and have left me detailed reports as to the service they have performed. Customer service has also been excellent in accommodating my work schedule and needing to wrangle my three dogs. Today’s service technician showed up at 745am this morning to accommodate me. Icing on the cane, no bugs!!! Highly recommend their service
