Critical: Professionalism
Used them for several years. Took in our Rototiller in for a tune-up. Was told without specific explanation that it was unfixable. Tried to mansplain, since my husband wasn’t with me. Also the tRump Pence sign above the clock. Never again.

Rip off, and horrible communication. After explaining to them that I wasn't even sure I wanted to fix my lawn mower, and that I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money doing so, they told me they would call me before they would do any work on it to explain any and all charges, so that way I could choose to fix it or not.
After 2 days of no calls, I get called on the 3rd day in the morning saying my lawn mower was ready to be picked up. But that was it. Nothing saying they worked on it, nothing asking if I wanted to fix it. And after 6 phone calls to the place, the phone finally tells me they disconnected
