It took over two months to complete a simple residential AC installation transaction with Total System Services (TSS). From the botched scheduling of the estimate, to the resolution of the property damage they left us with, we were treated with disrespect.
Once the unit was finally installed, it failed both the mechanical and the electrical inspections, causing us to take even more time out of our schedules, because the work they professionalize in was not done properly to begin with. This is one of the more difficult things to understand, since installing HVAC units to code is their business

Total System Services accepted my $149.95 fee to inspect my system and recommend additional repairs. The only problem is that one week later I still have no A/C and they haven't returned my calls. For one week I have had no A/C and it is over 90 degrees outside. Now I need to start this process all over with a new HVAC company.
