WJG Architects, LLC was incorporated in 2004. The president, Wayne Guskind, AIA has been professionally licensed since 1989 and has over 25 years experience. The practice was established with a focus on Industrial Architecture and Data Floor design and has been providing a full spectrum of architectural services to the northern New Jersey area.
By emphasizing finishing projects on time and within budget the firm has already established a solid reputation of reliability and sound design. As the firm has grown, our original interest in environmentally sensible building practice has remained as a fundamental, if unheralded aspect of the office.
The firm has recently expanded its interest by establishing solid working relationships with several local consultants who have been certified by the US Green Building Council as LEED Accredited Professionals and plan on working with them on projects in adherence with the USGBC's LEED Rating System.

Wayne J. Guskind is the founder and principle-in-charge of the firm. He is licensed in New Jersey (1989) and Massachusetts (2006) and is an active member of the AIA & NCARB.
Wayne's formal education includes studies at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in France and he earned his Masters Degree in Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology His diverse work experience includes employment at well established firms such as: Kajima Associates, Nadasky-Kopelson Architects and Dietz & Associates where Wayne received extensive experience in office design, educational and retail shell building types.

I was in need of an architect on limited notice and contacted Wayne from WJG. I called on a Wednesday evening and he was able to come the next day to my property to take all the measurements that the town required. He had the plans done by Saturday and was priced very fair. He is a very likable person as well so working with him very fun. Do not hesitate to contact Wayne if you are in need of any architectural work!
