We bought a brand new frigidaire fridge 6 months ago, spent extra money on the 5 year warranty, and delivery, and now the fridge is broken and when the manufacture told me i had to wait nearly a month for a replacement, I reached out to browns asked if there was a way I could return it and get my money back so that I could buy a new one and not have to wait 3.5 weeks for a new one I was basically told that I was just out of luck...with 5 kids I am going to end up spending just as much to feed my family at restaurants for the next month as I spent on the fridge...so much for the benefit of that

It was just okay. There was a nice selection of furniture. However getting help from anyone was what my favorite author would have called a recreational impossibility. As we were leaving someone finally asked if there was anything they could help us with. We went to a different store and made our purchase there.

Used to be a great place to shop. Wonderful customer service and caring. Not anymore. We purchased an Ashley Loveseat in July of this year. It was stiff when we got it home and figured it would settle in. Nope! It is the most uncomfortable thing ever. About 6 weeks after we purchased, we asked to return it, not for money back, but for a store credit to select something else. It was a no. Said they would ask the owners and get back to us. Never heard a word regarding that. They have also had to replace a motor and a wiring harness. So, we are stuck with $1000+ loveseat until we can do something
