I called this company 3 weeks ago to get an estimate on a Saturday, this man came with an attitude the first think that came out of his mouth was “you call me on Saturday for this”. I was taken back, that I did not know what to say to someone that has business but no customer service experience. He made me feel like it was not worth his time to come out on a Saturday for small job. I know my house is not one of those mason of a million dollars in Collier County, but if you own a business you supposed to service anyone, does not matter how big or small a job is, at the end day you still getting

I would give ZERO stars if i could...
I called this company on 9/14/2020 for a fence repair due to a fallen tree from my yard into a neighbors from the tropical storm. He asked I send images - which I provided 2. 2 days later I texted then again 3 days later " status" then called and he asked me to text him now so that my message would come to the top of his sms messages.. to which I did.... here it is 9/23/20. STILL NOT A RESPONSE.
Extremely poor customer service. Lack of follow through. I cannot speak of quality as I never even recieved a quote for the job.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UPSETTING

I called their number about a question regarding finding irrigation lines and heads. I did not use them for my fence since I am doing this project myself and he still took time out of his day. It is hard to find people like this. My conversation with him was not making his business any money but he treated me like I was a paying customer. If I can't handle this fence job I will be calling Affordable Fence!

Michael at Affordable fence installed our fence 6 months ago. One entire side of the fence blew over on its side during Irma and was the only thing on our property that failed. Six weeks after the storm I figured that things were getting back to normal and tried to contact Michael to ask him to take a look at our fence and maybe give us some guidance. We were not looking to have anything done for free, only for him to take a look at the failed fence and if possible help us out with a game plan to make it right. I called Michael repeatedly over a few weeks and only go his voice mail which was full
