Critical: Responsiveness
Company failed to fully complete permit process for home window installation resulting in almost a year delay. Employee Ashley admits to intentionally avoiding communication with me. And I still don't have answers as to why the permit wasn't done properly almost a year ago.

So disheartened by their work and all I had done was a dishwasher installation. The worker didn't use the installation kit that I purchased and gave him to use. Lead me to believe he used it. Still don't know where the kit is. In my opinion that's fraud and theft. Installed using old copper piping. Dishwasher was installed improperly pinching off dirty water tubing and breaking copper line. Dishwasher leaked for 4 months before water damage was discovered. We had extensive mold damage. The workers bore holes around my kitchen and laundry room and brought in fans trying to hurry and dry it up and
