Exceptional company! They came right away for urgent situation! Zayden was professional, friendly and informed me along the way of what he was doing and what was happening.. even asked if I had pets to make sure they were secure before he had to leave my door open for part of the service! All the things you want in a service company for your home.. timely, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, work done correctly and informed of every step!! They showed up on time and not only cleared the clog but also cleared the outside vent and offered suggestions on how to improve venting on the individual sink and washer lines. Punctual, professional, and knowledgable.
Maybe not the cheapest when compared to the services that offer $99 any drain cleared -- but unlike the latter, they were responsive. They offered to come out the same day if it was an emergency, and since it wasn't, showed up as scheduled on the following day which was a Saturday. Unlike Rotor rooter, they DO quote prices on the phone and there were no surprises in the final bill

Main sewer line had roots in it causing house to back up they came out and cleaned out the roots showing proof of their work with a live feed camera while doing the job very friendly, honest and polite guys not looking to get over on you would definitely recommend them to anyone in need...

main drain had clogged, called Rotor Matic & told them how another plumber was trying to charger an arm and a leg, both gentlemen were extremely friendly and helpful, did the job in under 30 minutes & didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Definitely recommend!!

Same day service was nice to open my main drain but unfortunately it only lasted 1 day. When my drain clogged again within 24 hours I took it upon myself to inspect my main drain which they previously opened. I found the small half inch hole that was made with their half inch water jet. A half inch hole through thick sludge just didn't do it. I ended up going out a picking up a garden hose "jet head" from Lowes for less than $4. This garden hose jet head cleared the entire 4 inch

I was recommended to call the company from a home inspection. The first day he showed up he was to the point - no BS - and very good at was he was doing . I was told I would need a full excavation and pipes replaced costing 10k from a big named company I will not mention . Jesse told me to hold off so he could take a camera through the line and assess . Right after that- the next day the line backed up outside the house. I had the company that originally unclogged the line come in and repair since it was under warranty. Mind you when I called it was a Saturday and they told me they can send someone

Fantastic! I had a nightmare clogged sink. They showed up soon, same day. Worked hard, did a great job, went the extra mile and finally fixed the sink! Courteous, beyond reasonable price, professional, knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing problem!

I called for a clogged pipe as my regular plumber did not do this type of work. I received Rotor Matic's number form him and the entire process was seamless. The communication from first contact through the techs doing the job was PHENOMENAL. They came to my home at night on the same day I called and cleared the pipe. I can't recommend them enough. Pete and Joe had a great attitude and explained everything exceptionally. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for all of your unclogging needs.

Wow, I had a pipe jammed up on a Sunday afternoon and I found them randomly in the phone book. I can't tell you how fair the were in pricing the predicament that I was in. They came out and tried traditional snaking and that didn't work so, the tech had to go and get the water jetted machine and worked at it for several hours until finally we got all the feminine products that were flushed down the toilet for months pushed back out of the system. I know now how fair his pricing was. It really could have cost me $2000 and he did it for under $800. Just a real deal, genuine nice guy
