Services
Much of the construction services we provide are "in-house and self-performed." All subcontractors we use are pre-qualified, with excellent credentials. We believe this provides us with an advantage over our competitors, and provides our customers assurance that we will work seamlessly, as a team, to provide the highest quality workmanship and timely delivery at competitive costs.
Willett offers a diverse combination of construction services. We have worked with many government agencies and general contractors, on a vast array of projects, doing design-build, design-bid-build, maintenance work, new construction and renovation. We spend up to 90% of our time indoors, and indoor air quality is often poor and unhealthy. It contains various VOC's (Volotile Organic Compounds) that out-gas from the many products and chemicals installed and used, odors, smoke, mold spores, bacteria, virus, and various pathogens. Indoor air also has very low levels of ionization compounding its poor quality.
The transformation has been amazing. The clinic has a bright, welcoming new look that has elicited complements from patients and hospital personnel alike. The entire process has been an extraordinarily pleasant one. There has been close coordination with clinic personnel, project managers, and construction workers.
Willett Construction Services has completed many diverse projects for federal and military agencies. Willett is proud of its record of combined projects, performed within "critical-care" environments, or designated "mission-critical" and fast-tracked. Many projects in our portfolio are design-build projects where we have made beneficial contributions as an integral member of the design teams.
