I purchased a new door and opener through Home Depot and Lakeside doors was the installer for both. I'm very pleased with their work. They were very communicative and made sure we received great service. Their flexibility on installing the opener and door at different times was very helpful. I'd definitely use them again for any garage door or opener maintenance or installations.

Our garage door spring broke, thus damaging our two car garage door as it slammed to the ground after the disconnecting it from the opener. I thought​ we could get away replacing the spring only but after a few minutes of looking at the door, the tech from Lake Side Doors stated a new door was needed. It needed to be replaced anyway.
Later that day, he and another tech came back with a new door, tore down all rails and fittings, basically everything that had to do with the old door, and installed the new one within a few hours.

We needed 2 new doors and Lake Side Doors was recommended to us by someone at McLendon's. They came out, did some measuring, gave us an estimate, and we set up an appointment. One man (Jeff) came to take out the old doors and install the new ones. I wasn't sure one person could do the whole job, but he was efficient, friendly, and professional. My 5yo son had 328 questions, and he answered all of them with a smile. The garage door looks great, works perfectly, and we are very happy. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I found that one of our garage door springs had broken so, after hearing several positive recommendations for others in my neighborhood, I called Lake Side Doors. I called first thing in the morning and they had a technician to my house by noon. He replaced the springs along with another worn part, and then gave both of my garage door systems a once-over to assure that they were in good working order. Very friendly and professional. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I would, and do, highly recommend Lake Side Doors.

My car and my wooden garage door got into a minor disagreement. I broke it up and gave both a stern talking too. The car won. The end result for the garage door was a bent strut, a wheel out of the track and a piece of cracked wood. The door didn't want to close either. I called a few places and no one could come out right away. Lake Side to the rescue.
Larry, the owner, came out himself and fixed everything within an hour. Replaced the strut, knocked out another dent, realigned a couple of wood panels and pushed the cracked wood piece back together (was not broken all way through). The

My garage door broke on June 22, 2014. So on June 23rd, I had a list of three companies to call to fix it. Lake Side Doors were the second call and the first to say they could be out that day. In fact, it was the owner that showed up. He got it fixed and I haven't had a problem since. The cost was pretty much what any other place would charge. I am a happy customer and would recommend them.

I recently purchased a brand new home. Getting an automatic garage door is an "option" that is extremely overpriced from the builder. I found Lake Side Door and they were able to get me a much higher quality opener for the same price the builder was going to charge me for a much more inferior opener. Not only was the installer prompt to install it, he was very polite! The good news is, I haven't had to call him back for anything. Everything was installed and working ever since. I could not be happier with their service:) If I ever need another opener, I will be back!

I called to try to see what the issue might be with my garage door. These folks were incredibly helpful. They told me what it might be and how to look for it. They were correct in their assessment. They gave me a price for the part and I went down and picked it up. Once down there, a few questions turned into a wonderful lesson on how to install the part myself. They told me what to watch for and how to get it done. Mind you, I am not mechanically minded in the least. Now it took me two hours to get it done, but I was successful. These people will get my business the next time for sure

After having our garage door accidentally run through by a car we called Lake Side Doors and they were prompt in coming out to access the damage. We were sure we were going to need a complete new door, but they were able to repair the damaged sections and checked everything else and when they were done are door worked better than it did when it was new. Their expertise was greatly appreciated. They were professional yet friendly and we would definately recommend them to anyone with any type of overhead door need.
