Mark and Adam and the crew of Sandhollow built our home and it was a pleasant experience all the way around. We were very selective in choosing a builder and were not disappointed. Mark & Adam were always prompt in their responses, on-time with the work, detail oriented and above all honest. We would highly recommend them to anyone for a new home construction.

Once the process starts it moves along quickly with quality. Building our family home with Sandhollow Homes was an incredible process from start to finish. There is no better quality home around. The homes they build speak for themselves, but we can speak for the amazing time in our lives where we came together with two incredible men who made our dream into a reality and created a new life for us, a life and a home we are forever grateful for.

We purchased a Sandhollow home in 2010 and lived in the home until 2020. We sold the home and nothing needed upgraded or repaired after 10 years. That is true quality. I would not hesitate to purchase another home from them. The best in the business!

In full disclosure, I am one of the listing agents for Sandhollow Homes at Sundance Estates in Richland. That aside, I am also an owner of a Sandhollow Home. My search for our home originally did not include new construction. However as this home neared completion we felt drawn to it, it felt like our home. Had I embraced this sooner I could have selected all the finishes myself, moved a wall or window, added upgrades to suit our lifestyle. But they have thought of it all and have their floor plans and features dialed in-and we were sold. The floor plan was perfect for my family with large rooms

We just moved into our new Sandhollow home and couldn’t be happier!
Our experience building our new home was made super easy. Sandhollow’s basic packages are upgrades for a lot of other home builders and their allowances are more than adequate to allow full choice and customization of your home. This company is very honest, helpful, and responsive to their customers needs!

I know the owner personally and also have done some work for them. Just a great overall operation.
