Born in Lubbock, Texas, in 1969, Brian and Chad Carter, owners of B & C Fence, are proud graduates of LISD and Texas Tech University. In 1985, they started B & C Lawn and Landscape. Both secured a B.S. in Horticulture while maintaining their business, and after graduation chose to remain in their hometown and advance the company.
