Completely unprofessional! Had a contract and still didn’t show! Owner stated he forgot. Owner was extremely rude when called, after they didn’t show, first said issues in office, then said movers on their way. Called back and said he forgot about us even though we had a contract and had reconfirmed two days prior. TERRIBLE!! Would give no stars, but won’t let me post without at least one.

I recently used Phoenix Moving for 2 moves in 2 weeks, one in state and one long distance out of state. Both crews were exceptional, meticulous with everything. The in state move was fairly straightforward, one story home, no stairs and selected pieces only. The out of state move was to New Orleans to a 4th floor apartment. Both were facilitated very efficiently. I shopped around before choosing Phoenix, local companies and national chains. All had web contact forms, text forms, etc. but Noah at Phoenix was the only one who returned a phone call. Moving is stressful, and these were no exception
