Very much enjoying my lawsuit settlement. I received suing Opies for there very bad business practices..$$$$$. This place is a joke and justen is a liar. And the maintenance manager Brian is a dam fool I would take my projects to just about any other company …. Heck I’d ask a blind man to mowe my lawn first ….

Opies planted 5 pine trees for us- 1 tree did not make it and their warranty was not honored. We were hesitant to plant the trees in late spring but were assured by Opies that if they did not make it through the summer, then they were under a warranty and would be replaced. One of the trees ended up dying and Opies did NOT honor the warranty that they provided us. When asked for replacement, they said they did not have any in their inventory at the time. Though, when they do, they stated that they would charge an additional several hundred dollars to replace the tree since the tree was covered
