Ok if you want your yard to look average or just "ok", stop reading and move on because these guys go way and above and will blow your socks off.
We just bought a house here. The former owners had " done the yard themselves". To be honest it looked a little sad. We called these guys, they came out and gave an estimate (very reasonable) so we went with them. They are amazing. They mowed weeded, edged, shaped the hedges, offered advice on how to improve the yard, and they uncovered a paver walk I didn't even know we had.

We moved into our home last June and couldn't get personal recommendations for lawn services, so I had to rely on online reviews. It made me a little nervous to sign a contract without seeing the quality of the work first, but I am really glad we found Sue and her co-workers. Sue always does a meticulous job on the regular mowing, weedeating, edging, and trimming bushes; the lawn looks gorgeous when she's done. I hired Sue and team from Lawnjax for weed removal and mulch refresh around my treebeds and foundation. The services, once completed, were absolutely excellent. The only issue I experienced was that I was required to pay the invoice over a week before anyone arrived for any work—a rather compromising and uncomfortable position considering what was paid. At the end of the day everything worked out fortunately.

This service is ok. You pay by month but your contract for service is for an entire year. See the new pics of what my lawn looks like today.
Note to owner: It does not rain 24 hours a day. If you cannot provide weekly service, don't advertise that you can. If it rains today, we expect to see you at our home the following day. NOT 7-10 later.

I'm very glad I found Lawn Jax. They have very affordable prices and have been very professional. I hired this company last summer and they make the process very easy. Consumer be aware!! I hired this company for 2 reasons: 1 was their reviews and 2 was their price. Now my advice to you the customer is to move to the next best person and stay away from this company. He ties you to a contract where you pay a month in advance and doesn't deliver. The contract states that service will be provided weather permitting and that's understandable however don't expect your lawn to be mowed the following sunny day because it won't. He pockets the money and you get no service for that given week. Every month your credit card will be changed and you are

I flagged down Alex one day last fall after noting that he took care of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. I've been extremely happy with the weekly lawn care and so recently engaged them for some additional landscaping for the drive and front yard of our Riverside bungalow. In planning the work Alex walked with me through the neighborhood to point out different options, talked about sun/shade challenges and ensured we came up with something that would be fast growing, maintainable and most importantly look GOOD. We hired LawnJax and are really satisfied with their work! Alex and his crew worked very hard to trim all of the trees and bushes around our house. They also removed about 2 years worth of dead leaves around the property (we are renting and the previous renters did nothing to clean up the yard). We felt that the work was outstanding at a very fair price!

Hired lawnjax for about 6 months. They never completely did what they were hired to do. When you hire a lawn service you expect the usual cut, edge etc. The front lawn was always too long when they left causing it to be grown out within a day or so. They would leave sticks and pine cones all over the yard, then run them over with the mower chopping them up all over the place. They never would trim the grass growing along the cracks in the side walk either. Our back yard was rarely cut. Out of the entire time they were hired they cut it maybe TWICE.
