Could not be more pleased with the service I received from Adam with Patriot Tree Service! He was responsive, on-time, and patient. I am a bit picky and on more than one occasion requested "could you just get that one more little branch hanging down?! LOL. Adam is fair-priced and super-knowledgeable, making sure I understood what he recommended to do and why. Afterwards he cleaned the yard, even blowing up all the leaves. I had a huge limb hanging over my the front of my house. As well as one over my driveway, I contacted Patriot tree service On Monday; honestly because they were the closest and could come for a estimate same day. Adam showed up was extremely professional. He explained that the branch over the driveway, Is not at risk of falling on your car. He even expressed his reservation that removing it could damage the tree itself. So we agreed on a price for the tree in front and early this morning. I awoke to the sound of a chainsaw he was here and within a hour or so the job was complete. He picked up everything

DO NOT USE PATRIOT TREE SERVICE. We literally had to call 911.
This was a horrible experience. Adam has zero people skills, and tried to harass us for payment after he did not complete the job.
He left about 4 cubic yards of debris in our front yard. The invoice called for tree removal and stump grinding. He worded his quote very strangely. It said that billing stump grinding and removing debris is separate, but it was right there on the invoice. He ground the stumps, but he did NOT remove the debris.
He also cracked our sidewalk. You can see where the tree hit and chipped and cracked the sidewalk

Patriot Tree Service came to house and did a amazing job on pruning my trees to get my house back to code. Adam has great customer service and was always professional in his delivery of content. I will use him again especially to support small business owners. Adam removed a large maple tree from our front yard this week that had died. His equipment was very impressive as he carefully removed a section at a time. I was concerned because I have beautiful stone planters around the tree. He took his time, and made sure the stones were not damaged at all. Every bit of debris was removed and he even cleaned up the street. The price he gave me was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I needed a tree removed and the stump ground. I had someone that would come out a day sooner and was the same price but I decided to go with Adam instead because of the reviews. He came out when he promised. When I got home I noticed a big root about half an inch below the debris he left. And, there was another one sticking out right next to it. I called him at 7:30pm at his work number and left a message asking about it because I was concerned the mowers would run over it. He called me right back and proceeded to chew me out over the phone. Patriot Tree Service saved the day! Had almost half of my tree (huge limb) fall down. Adam came out almost immediately and provided a fair price. He removed the limb very quickly and the yard was perfectly clean. He also was knowledgeable and provided advice for the future of the tree. Definitely recommend him to anyone. I called Patriot Tree Service to get an estimate for trimming my large oak trees. The price was very reasonable and I hired them. Adam did such a professional job. He knew just where and what to trim off the trees without harming them while at the same time opened up the canopy to let more sun in. The overall appearance was great. He took care of all of the debris and my yard was very clean afterward. Thanks, Adam for a worry free experience.
