Lawn Enforcement's Total Lawn Care Solutions, manages the entire process of keeping your lawn green, vibrant and healthy. Enjoy a simplified billing process and eliminate the hassle of dealing with multiple service providers. Please note, fenced yards and corner lots require an ADDITIONAL $10 charge due to extra time to service these homes.
These are additional costs added to our base prices above. Monthly packages are pro-rated on a annual (12 month) basis. During "cutting season", mowing will take place each week. Fall/Winter mowing will take place bi-weekly with property inspections during non-cut weeks. Prices are based on a 4-week month.
Package pricing is consistent year round. Monthly packages are "maintenance" services. Not included in these package prices are, overgrown lawns, overgrown landscaping, palm trees with excessive debris, raising of the canopy on trees, excessive amount of weeds in mulched/rocked areas and cracks of drive and walk ways.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I started with just lawn and edging and quickly upgraded to having the weeds and shrubs maintained. Not only do they do that, but today I see them blowing all the leaves out of my grass which means I don’t have to rake this weekend. Excellent service!! Thanks so much.

Having just purchased a townhome with a non-working irrigation system... I came to Yelp to find the best company to call for help. Yelpers dont give 5 stars easily... and Lawn Enforcement was 5 stars, so a good place to start.
I messaged them via Yelp, quickly got a response, and scheduled a visit for the following week.
They arrived, diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed several problems for a very reasonable price... and now I can water my thirsty grass!

If you like communication, this isn't the company for you. I tried many times to communicate requests and concerns via there customer portal with no response, yet when I sent the termination notice in the same manner, they got that request. They're no different than any other landscaper except about $20 more expensive per month. When I hired them I was very clear about my expectations and felt good about the expected communication, I even paid $30 more per month than my precious landscaper to get batter service. If I could give them a million stars, I would! Tim and his crew are AMAZING.
I had another company that shall not be named for about the first year of owning my home. I am a very understanding person and extremely patient when it comes to services performed, but this OTHER company (NOT L.E.) was frequently late or didn't show up for weeks and weeks (nothing to do with the normal seasonal cut cycle) and cut the grass way too long. I have been so happy with Lawn Enforcement since I switched.
They have not only been my mow/lawn service for awhile now, they've also been super quick to give estimates

We contacted Lawn Enforcement Property Management to evaluate and repair issues with our irrigation system. We were advised by our lawn treatment company that a few sprinkler heads needed to be replaced or moved to provide adequate coverage. Also, we had several drip lines that needed repair. Terrible. One time my backyard looked like someone went 4-wheeling in it. Then they ran over a sprinkler head that would subsequently leak all over the place. Even though I spoke with the owner about it, he gave some BS explanation as to why they weren't the cause of the leakage. In spite of that though, they kept running over that spot every time they came - dragging mud all over the driveway with multiple tire marks from their equipment.

I was looking for a one-time lawn clean up as a surprise gift for my wife. After calling around to the Wesley Chapel/Lutz/Land O Lakes local lawn services and getting very few responses (and at least one contractor who wanted payment up front) I called Lawn Enforcement. Chris was helpful, asking all the right questions and answering all the questions that I had. He arrived on the agreed upon day and provided a free estimate that was several hundred below what others had quoted as well as going over what his people would need to do in detail.
