The bathroom is just as I designed it in my head. Ozzy kept me abreast of everything that was going on, his guys were polite and cleaned up the work area well.
The price for the renovation was fair when compared to other contractors I interviewed. The project went very well. Ozzy and I met every day to discuss what would be done, then, they went to work. Ozzy was honest, especially when I wanted something that he knew would not work. He made me feel part of the team even though he may have had to take extra time to explain things to me.
