We built our home just outside of Saratoga; we renovated a house near Saranac Lake- this was our third go-round on home building/renovation. We interviewed local people to see which one to work with, and chose Saratoga Kitchens and Baths. We'd heard good things about them- our neighbor had used them for renovation work.

We worked with Mary from Saratoga Kitchen and Bath. There were many pro's and con's to the whole experience and thus my middling 3/5 star review.
Pro's:
Great references - the recommended countertop people, contractor, under cabinet lights were all excellent
3D model of kitchen with new cabinets
Double checked all measurements
In person view of what the cabinets will look like, both color and style
Minimal pressure
Showed up on time for all planning meetings
Final kitchen result is beautiful
Con's:
Not good at dealing with delays/setbacks (Corollary, do not use Wellborn Forest under any

We engaged Saratoga Kitchens and Baths to redesign our bathroom. We worked with Mary and she was a pleasure. She came out to the house to work with us on our ideas for the bathroom. She came up with a design, and was responsive when we asked for changes. She then led us through the process of picking out everything - from the tile to the cabinets and fixtures. And most importantly, she let us set the pace. No high pressure or needless delays. We would certainly work with her and SK&B again!

We called on Saratoga Kitchens and Baths to help us design and install a new kitchen. I was fortunate enough to personally work with Jacqueline. She came to our home, listened to our ideas, and then blended her professional suggestions to make our vision a reality. Because of our trust in her, she also helped us design a few additional areas in our home which was such a bonus!
