Throughout my relationship with Phinney Design Group during collaboration on several major projects at Mohonk Mountain House, PDG has always taken the time to understand our facility, both from the guest's perspective and from an engineering standpoint; always looking for new ways of making our resort more efficient.

I've repeatedly contacted Phinney Design Group starting September 5, 2019 through February 11, 2020 and have received to response other than from Lisamarie who's been sweet but unable to get an architect to respond. Extremely disappointing! I've never experienced anything like this. I would give a zero star rating if that was possible. I want to build/rehab in a sustainable and green way. I hope to find an architect with better customer service skills.
