Wow, just wow! I discovered a leaky pipe fitting in my basement and called Boldt's to take a look. They scheduled a time to come by and assess the situation and take an inventory of parts needed. They then scheduled an appointment to come back and perform the work.
Bill arrived on-time and ready to work. I had actually forgotten about the appointment and was at work when I received a text message alerting me that he was on his way. I called them, told them my situation and hustled home to meet Bill. He was waiting patiently in my driveway and immediately started gathering the tools and supplies
