The rent house that my son and his college room mates live in was broken into and their house key was taken. I talked to Matt with Accurate Lock and Key and he was able to get the locks re-keyed right away. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Hired them to come out and make a new key for a 2014 jeep cherokee sport. They spent 2 hours trying to program a key which they said would work. The key never worked as they couldn't get it programmed. They then said that something else must have been wrong with the vehicle and basically called me a liar via text messages. Ended up finding the lost key and had to pay another locksmith to come out and program it as accurate lock and key erased all previous key code from vehicle. New locksmith took 5 minutes and had original key programmed and said that accurate lock and key used wrong transponder

Very responsive, helped open my car door and even made me a spare key for $15!! I recommend this service to anyone who needs a spare made or emergency car door openings. I gave 4 stars simply because I am not use to only communicating with services via text. Although effective, I do normally prefer hearing a kind voice over the phone.

I called Progressive this morning at 6:30 a.m. because I have Roadside Assistance they told me that they would respond in 30 minutes it was an hour and a half later I contacted this locksmith and he was there within 8 minutes thank you so much for being so kind in a stressful time when I had a puppy in a running car
