I was initially nervous because of the recent iffy reviews, but I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised.
Corey communicated well and updated me from the road. Both he and his assistant were polite, professional, and friendly. My piano was purchased from a distance so I was paid in full without any issues. They wrapped up my piano very carefully before loading it on the truck and securing it tightly to make its way to its new home. I can't speak for how it was unloaded, but from the seller's end it could not have gone more smoothly.

I reached out to Daniel last week to plan a move between North Bergen and Cliffside Park. He responded to my request by asking me to call. I called and he told me the price for 3 guys and when I let him know one of the buildings was a walk up it would be 4 guys and a higher rate. I was OK with that and asked him to send me a contract through email, then through text the next day and finally calling him before he emailed me a sentence that said he agreed to do the move at that price. I tried reaching out to him a few times to get the exact time of the move but he was unresponsive again and his phone

I contacted this piano moving service and one of my questions was if they were insured. The owner replied that he was fully insured.
As it so happened, on moving day, there was damage done to my elderly mother's property as they moved the piano. One of the guys said he had to contact his boss and that he would help repair it.
We went back and forth trying to find a time to meet. We agreed on a day/time. I waited for 30 min. I texted. No response. He stood me up! Then I contacted him again twice later that week. No response.
It was only after I said I was going to contact my lawyer that

The 2 movers that came get 5 stars but whoever I originally spoke with to set up the piano move gets 1 for causing such an unorganized moved. I called and asked for a 10am time (the guy asked for a 10a nothing earlier since it was a Sunday, I went ahead with it), I even sent a text to confirm after the phone call and another the night before the move. The day of the move I get a phone call at 9:38am (20 minutes before my appt) and was told my scheduled piano move is between 10a-12p! I was NEVER told about this 2 hour timeframe, again text messages to prove, and the crew showed at 1:15pm.

I would not recommend this company. Yes, they are nice-and three hours later than expected and damaged the front of the piano. Three small but obvious gashes. According to the delivery men it's not a big deal, we can just color over it with a marker-which is what they tell their customers, he said. Truthfully it won't affect the sound, but having it rolled down our driveway (because they can't back down a road about 30 yards) on just a 1 foot by 1.5 foot square on wheels might.
