My husband and I just moved in to a new construction home, we had ordered appliances several months ago due to all the back order issues. We were told the microwave would go in the island so we selected a drawer microwave. When we got to closing, we found our microwave in a box and an island that had no area to install it. We didn't know what to do so we went in to Cole Cabinets one day and we were greeted by Steve. We exchanged contact information and literally by the time I got home, I had an email waiting with questions that would help him scope out the retrofit work. He was super transparent

We went to Cole Cabinets on a Saturday exactly 4 weeks ago to have our countertops replaced. We gave Jen a dimensioned sketch plus 10 photos of our current countertops as well as my cell, home phone and email address. We picked a new countertop and backsplash and were told she would contact us with an estimate. I inquired a few days after our initial visit and asked how long does an estimate take and was told they were waiting for a price from their supplier. Someone called 2 weeks after that and told me they haven't forgotten me, Jen was on vacation and would be back the following week. It's been

I'm writing this review for my parents who had the worst experience. They recently built a house and flip houses for a living. They've used several cabinet company and it's the worst by far. They had issues with shipping, staining, and defects. They had to replace multiple cabinets due to these defects. The people who work their including the owner lied to cover their mistakes and didn't own up to anything. This process has been going on for at least 6 months and it's still not resolved.
