This program is virtually identical to a regular FHA or VA loan in almost every way except it's designed for building your new Southern Creek Home! Loan closes prior to start of construction, but no payments required until construction is complete.
Traditions Club and Community is a neighborhood like no other and really is the place "Aggies Call Home". Not an Aggie? Not to worry. Many of their residents have no formal ties to the university, but love Traditions just the same.
