AC Doctor Complete has been maintaining our air conditioner for 6 yrs.
Wednesday they came for the 6 month checkup. When the technician arrived, our unit was working fine; yet 30 minutes later he tells us that it is not working and needs to be replaced! It's under warranty and
the installation cost will be $970. They can have someone out that afternoon to replace it. So we thanked him & then called someone else for a second opinion. Conclusion was that our compressor was fine & didn't need replacement! We won't make any accusations, yet if you have a similar situation

I bought a coupon and they honored it. He gave me good explanations and did a great job with the work I needed done. We were so happy that they answered the phone and made an appointment for the DAY we called. We didn't have the maintenance agreement until after the service call. Since then, A/C Doctor has been out twice fixing/cleaning up old issues and our unit is working amazingly well. VERY happy with the Maintenance Agreement - we've never done that before and are so glad we did. Highly Recommend

The Service guy showed up prompt and on time to repair the ac. I was pleased with everything until I got the bill. I was prepared for the after hours/weekend rate for the service which was $129 instead of $79. What I wasn't prepared for is how much they increase the cost of parts for these same hours. A capacitor was $117 which should only cost $30-40 at the most. I feel totally ripped off by this!

This is my review which is my opinion based on my recent experience.
I called them when my system was not working properly so that I could get a diagnosis for my AC. It struggled to keep the house cool. They were friendly upon arrival and got the system cooling the home within minutes by replacing a part. It was such a quick job, I felt so relieved. The problem though was beyond that and further diagnosis should have been provided.
I had a clogged drain that was resolved 3 days after they supposedly fully repaired my AC, but it was corrected only after I called a plumber based on a conversation
