At Cornerstone, our approach has been to listen and respond to the needs of our homebuyers. That's why many of our home designs offer features such as large bonus rooms with 1st floor access, 9' ceilings on the first floor, open floor plans, granite kitchen counters, fireplaces, and more. We also feel that you should be able to add other features that make your home uniquely yours.

Everyone tells horror stories about building homes. For us, it was a wonderful adventure in our life. If we weren't so enamored with our house, we would say to Cornerstone, "Let's do another one!" We feel so blessed that we found this home. Each day we marvel at how well the house has served us since moving in 6 years ago.

Terrible experience working with Cornerstone. Make sure to ask for and have an attorney review what's included (or I should say not included) in the one year warranty before making an offer. If I could select 0 stars I would.
I also find it strange that of the three reviews on Google, one of them is a Jake Smith which also happens to be their son's name. Strange coincidence.

Extremely poor quality construction. The builders have an answer for everything without resolving the actual problem. Cheapest materials and construction!, Major issues that the buyer ends up paying for after spending a lot of money on a new “high end” home.
