Duane works exclusively on each project, he lives on the west end of Billings and is on the job daily ensuring that each issue is dealt with in a professional manner and insure that the finished product will last a lifetime. Only the best sub-contractors, such as plumbers and electricians, are used in order that each home and business owner feels assured that anyone allowed in their home or business are professionals.
Back in 2006 the housing market across the country slumped. Many places saw a huge decrease in value and new home building dropped off significantly. Fortunately for those of us here in Yellowstone County, we managed to stay relatively level. While the market was not growing, it certainly was not plummeting.
Unless you are in an area with a high water table, such as the area between Billings and Laurel, your home most likely has a basement. This is because the foundation has to go down a specific distance below the frost line. With the cold winters we see, you have to dig down pretty deep. And if you are digging that deep you might as well put in a basement.
It gets traffic from nearly every member living there, and because of such it needs to be one of the most durable areas. New construction will be able to build a fantastic bathroom that has the latest technology to prevent mold and deterioration. However, many of the houses in Billings, especially around downtown and the south side, are older and have a lot of trouble with their bathrooms.
In the spring and fall, all that is needed is a sweatshirt or a light jacket. With as many good days as we have around here that can be spent outside, it is surprising that many of the homes do not utilize the outdoor space the way that they could. Instead of being cooped up inside all summer, consider adding a deck to your home.
