Here is what you need to know about Carlos and CSC, LLC: He will stand by his work, you will have no surprises from his initial quote on, and he will transform your home. My partner and I bought a 100-year-old home in Seattle that needed a lot of love: total overhaul of electric and plumbing, an extensive kitchen renovation, and I won't even tell you about the smell. My home was purchased for $1,700,000. I felt his team disrespected my property during the scope of work. Attention to detail was severely lacking, and he and his team lack the ability to do any skilled labor. This includes electrical, high-end door locks, landscaping, drywall and paintwork, and installation of anything that relates to sink drains or garbage disposals. I would not ever recommend this overpriced company for any of your home remodeling needs. If I could give CSC, LLC 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, the lowest grade on Yelp is 1 star.

After meeting with several other contractors, I met Carlos to discuss a full remodel of 2 floors of a rental property, including the kitchen and bath. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of what needed to be done, his ability to see my vision for the property and his willingness to get me on his schedule quickly. Carlos provided a very thoughtfully detailed bid with a variety of options and approaches which allowed me to tailor the remodel to my budget.
