Mowing price starts at $65 for neighbors. The basic service includes mowing mulching clippings back into the lawn, weed eating where the mower does not reach, edging and blowing of debris from walk/drive ways. Many factors could increase the estimate such as yard size, excessive growth, dogs, toys, risk/hazards etc.
Other services are priced at $60 dollars per hour with chainsaw related work at $120 an hour. If you are agreeable to pricing structure then we need to have an onsite consultation in order to derive a quote for your property. When are you available? I can be available usually in the afternoons for consultation.
We might could find time this weekend if needed for quotation/signatures scheduling and prepayment. If your yard is overgrown and has gotten or needs a ticket from the city please look elsewhere. It's not worth the risk of breaking another mower when that unforeseen object is hit! I am looking for yards to cut on a regular basis.
