I was looking to purchase a SUV , I contacted Sterling Ford dealership to see if the vehicle a 2013 Ford Edge was available for showing. Marty Thibodeaux contacted me back and we made arrangements for me to come by the next day. My experience was great , I was able to get great financial help for my purchase. There were a couple of issues that was discovered that had been previously overlooked that the staff was not aware of. Very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Head and shoulders above my last experience at Giles Nissan. The salesman, Tyler, was very knowledgeable and helpful and sold us two vehicles. My customer experience was exceptional, I was bringing my F-150 in to get serviced, there was some recalls that needed to be addressed. I had asked about getting an oil change on my other car, once they were finished with my F150 they came and swapped cars and then did the oil change on my Ford Edge the same day. Fantastic service.

Appointments are no longer a thing in my opinion. I had a safety recall that needed placement as soon as possible as I was having issues. And why would I pay 100s of dollars for the repair when its a Ford recall, right? So I call multiple places and chose Sterling for work due to the friendly and more knowledgeable person that set up my appointment. I had to wait 2 weeks before I could get in....just for an inspection. Then parts get ordered and another appointment made for the labor. When I arrived for the inspection, there were at least 15 cars ahead of me. Majority just for an oil change. I
