Jim Carpenter was amazing! He came out within a few hours of being called. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He gave a fair price and went above and beyond in his quality of work. He made sure not to leave until he was satisfied with a job well done. This guy is a pro and you can tell by his speed and quality he’s been doing this for years. He’s also got some pretty good dad jokes for quality entertainment 😂

Jim showed up on time and quickly got to work. He changed all of our exterior doors to the same key and taught us about the different locks that were installed (the good and the bad). I will be calling Northern Key & Lock for all future projects. Their service is excellent and prices are fair.
