Brad was the foreman of the crew who just left my house, and they were phenomenal!!! Every single one was incredibly mannerly and professional. Brad ensured before they started exactly what I understood the work would be. This team was like a well-oiled machine ... each person had a designated role in the process, much like an assembly line but with a huge tree! I called this company based on their website which is also very professional and easily navigated. So glad I found them!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Brad and his crew were as efficient as it gets. They were on time to the minute, and the estimated length of the job was right on the mark. They were beyond professional, left everything cleaner than they found it, and went above and beyond. I can honestly say they provided the best customer service of any professional I’ve used in any yard-connected service. Five stars. I had never used this company and didn’t know anyone who had - but now I’ll use them and recommend them every time. Worth every penny.

Neighbor contracted this company to trim my tree without informing me. I understand that the neighbor has the right to trim limbs on his side of the property. However the tree limbs of the tree are my property which they did not return to me. So he destroyed about 2 cords of firewood. They have created bad neighborly atmosphere which could have been avoided if Capitol City would have shown common courtesy and consideration. And the knowledge, to ask the neighbor, as to how he would like to dispose of his property! Or at least give him or her the choice! When I confronted the owner of Capitol City

These guys know what they’re doing and are quick, efficient, and offered an absolutely wonderful price for the work. They took down 3 massively tall trees in our backyard, trimmed the surrounding trees, and removed the stumps. They were able to tell us that our other trees were healthy, and they also take the time to clean up after the work is done. I would definitely use them again for any of our tree service needs!

What a great experience. We knew that we had a tree that was rotting and another that prevented us from growing a solid lawn, so we had Matt out for an estimate. He identified two other trees that were going to be problems in the near future and offered a wonderful package price to do all four and trim the remaining trees (front and back yards). As promised, they arrived at 8:30 am, took a quick tour, and got right to work. They were extremely efficient and barely left a trace that they were here. I would recommend them to anyone who has tree work to be done.
