Whether your car, truck or motorcycle key is lost or broken we can replace it, remove a broken key, fix a failed lock or replace it. Our locksmith trucks carry a stock of the top brand locks. We serve all of the North County San Diego area. Our office is located in Carlsbad, California. We have trucks working across North County from locations in Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Santa Fe and the Del Mar area.

Totally taken advantage of.
I scheduled a service to help rebuild the cylinder (not an emergency situation) on the lock of our front door and the technician charged my wife $199. No parts and the tech spent 15 minutes total at our house.
Called the business to inquire about the charges they roominess to call back never did.
Frustrating and expensive experience.

We called Del Mar Locksmith to help us get into our bedroom after the wind blew the door shut and locked us out. Over the phone we were quoted $39, and told the tech would call us within 10 minutes. 45 minutes later we still hadn't heard a word from the tech, so I called Del Mar Locksmith back. The employee on the phone was very apologetic and polite and was obviously upset that the tech hadn't called us yet. She told me he would call very soon. He finally arrived, over an hour from the time of the original call. He took one look at the door and said "$115". I told him

Extremely unprofessional business and service. I called once to get a price quote for their services, and said I would call back. When I called later, the same man I had talked to was extremely rude and said he was fully booked. I politely asked when he would have services available, and he responded by saying he was fully booked for the next few weeks and immediately hung up the phone. At no point was I rude to him, so I do not understand what prompted such poor service. My only recourse is to write this Yelp review and hope that it saves someone else from having to deal with their rude behavior
