Best customer service I've run across in a long time. Spoke with Justin this morning about my broken Spring. After a little help determing which Spring, not only did they have it in stock. It was an excellent price and Arrangements were made to get the Spring. Hour and 1/2 later Justin was on time with the Spring. Bee-Line converted our chain drive garage door opener to a jack lift system so that our existing garage door would lift to the top of our 12-foot garage ceiling. From the initial estimate all the way until completion, we were incredibly impressed with Justin's attention to detail, experience, and professionalism. Justin worked long and hard to make sure that everything was installed correctly, even when our existing garage setup provided him with unseen obstacles. First time I used them was to add insulation to the inside of my garage door. They did a fabulous job. Showed up with all the materials needed and the job was done pretty quickly and the final result was anazing. The second time i used them was actually an emergency as i accidentally closed the garage door and it got caught on the door causing the entire garage door come off its track. I called them and they made it happen with such short notice by sending someone right over. I would completely recommend this company not only for the wonderful job and dependability but also for their prices.

The torsion spring on my garage broke. I called Justin at Bee-Line mid day on a Saturday (toughest time to get anything done) and literally just two hours later he has come and gone and my garage works perfectly.
