I bought a Flexsteel O gravity power recliner , lumbar and adjustable Head rest, I LOVE IT!!, Plus if I Ever have any issues, they have a tech team that will come out and fix it, Now That is a Piece of Mind!

Baught two coaches 3 year ago the Flex steel worst decision ever! Spent $5,000 on both, the button all fell of, fabric pilled, steel frame pushed in were your legs go to the floor! I figured being a private company the quality would be superior over Art Van! Wrong, for what we paid not worth it, both couches look like there 15 yrs old! Very, very disappointed!!!

Never made it into the store. They park in the turn lane in front of the store and then walk out in front of cars like they own the world. Will not do business with someone like that.
