Kern Enterprises specializes in industrial as well as commercial floors. We only work on concrete floors. We apply epoxy, urethane, stains, dyes and various sealers. We have the equipment to shot blast, diamond grind, scarify, sand, scrub, buff, power wash or burnish. We also clean and prepare concrete floors for other flooring companies. Kern Enterprises was established in 1983 and is owned and operated by Ken Kern. We are located in Hazel Park, Michigan and serve all of Southeastern Michigan.

Kern completed my floor project to a adequate level. I experienced a very expensive issue during my floor project. Kern's work crew broke my garage door opener (motor) making the unit inoperable. I contacted Kern reference this issue and it was not resolved. Kern did not wish to discuss the issue or fix the opener (cost 400.00) I would advise anyone hiring this company to monitor their crew for damage to your property.
