I'm a supremely satisfied customer. Marcello is a consummate professional with a delightful personality. Throughout my project, I could see that my trust in his services was well-placed. His clear intention was to offer advice only in my best interest; Edward the designer & the Dynasty team didn't try to "up-sell" me on unneeded repairs and instead offered affordable but high-quality alternatives that kept the project in my budget. We finished this project of my kitchen and bath remodel on our rental duplex in Lincoln Park over 6 months ago and I have been meaning to right this post. Marcello sent me a request to post a review since I can't thank Marcello and his guys from Dynasty Innovations enough for the incredibly fast and professionally done job they did for us. Dynasty Innovations has been spectacular on my bathroom renovation. Built in 1940, the two bedroom one bath condo had never had a major renovation. Usually just maintenance to solve what was required to fix an immediate problem. We had the privilege of working with Marcello on two bathroom remodeling projects. In both, the bathrooms were gutted and then done from scratch. For simplicity, I'll focus the review on the master bath - a larger project.

I chose Dynasty Innovations to do both my kitchen and master bath, and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Marcello, the first day he came to my home to measure and going over the scope of work with us. About a week later we received a well written proposal outlining the work we discussed. After 12 years of living in my condo, I had finally enough of my bathroom. After doing some research on multiple contractors in Chicago I decided to go with Dynasty. The four estimates I received from the contractors ranged from $9000 to $20,000. Dynasty was in the middle of the road at $15K.
About two weeks before the project start date I get a call from them saying they are able to start sooner. AWESOME!!!

I'll start by saying when dealing with construction companies in Chicago you really don't know what your going to get and was definitely frustrating getting estimates from multiple companies.
Dynasty stood out and was truly personable from the start which made me feel comfortable right off the bat.

When I closed escrow on my house, I decided to make appointments with several general contractors to get a bid on things that needed to be done. The house was fairly old and needed major renovations done, so it was very important to me to make sure that the contractor I hired had previously done work this big. Dynasty was the 4th contractor that I met with. We went through all the things that needed to be done in the house, a kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels and master bathroom, and the list goes on... They showed me pictures of projects that he had done on the same level and I was very impressed

This review is long overdue, but better late than never!
I moved to the area about 1 year ago now, and purchased a house. Everything was going great until about 1 month after purchase, my husband decided to take a long shower in the upstairs master bath. That's when I noticed drips of water coming from the kitchen ceiling! It turns out that my shower had been rather poorly built, and the shower pan had started to leak. However, this is no ordinary shower, it's an enormous custom tiled walk in shower. After speaking to several contractors, I decided to go with Dynasty Innovations for the repair
