Meet Kody Williams, owner-operator of Oregon Tree Works. Few people would think that clinging to the top of a tree with a chainsaw is fun, but that's what Kody does for a job and he loves it! Kody is an ISA Certified Arborist who is also TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment) qualified. He has an extensive background in forest management and tree care both internationally (New Zealand and Canada) and in Oregon.
Kody guarantees the quality of all work conducted by Oregon Tree Works and takes pride in the ability of his team to tackle difficult jobs safely and efficiently. He started Oregon Tree Works to provide professional, yet affordable, tree care to residents of Douglas County. Kody lives with his wife Kirsten in Yoncalla where they enjoy quiet country living.
He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking.

We think most of it can be saved. Then they took out some leaners' over our pond and bench arbor, so there's no danger there now. We had several mature oak trees that needed to be trimmed as they were blocking our views. Also, we had several trees with broken branches (the February snow storm) and one that needed to be shaped as it was very lop-sided and leaning over.
Removal of 25+ pine trees from this Leyland cypress stand greatly enhanced the look of this property and significantly reduced fire risk. It is easy to see why these two oaks had to go! Both trees were on a significant lean over the house, so this job required careful lowering and placement of branches and wood.

Kody and his crew are excellent to work with. They opened up the views, trimmed diseased trees, and thinned some overcrowded areas that were shading an orchard. They know what they're doing, they worked quickly, and (best of all) they listened to what our overall objectives were. I found their rates very reasonable, and their workmanship is exemplary. I highly recommend Oregon Tree Works.

Kody and his crew, were amazing! I had 7 pine tree’s removed as well as the stumps and they even loaded a trailer with the wood😃they made such a huge difference and they cleaned up so well you can’t even tell where my trees were originally!! They are great! Did an initial assessment and came back (on time) and did exactly what was needed. Very professional! Trimmed a danger tree that had been damaged during the 2019 snow storm. Cut back other trees over our pond and bench arbor, so they will no longer be an issue. Took very little time and stacked everything neatly - we decided to take care of the "mess," or they would have. We highly recommend giving them a call.

We have a RV shed with a large oak tree on the roof. We decided we are to old to climb up there so we called Oregon tree works and spoke with Cody, he came put within a couple of hours to ck out. He sd they are booked out 6 weeks but since this was a small job he could squeeze us in within the next week. That was saturday, they called us monday morning and was there by 10:30 and cut down that oak tree. We can't say enough good things about him and his crew.

We have twice hired Kody, owner of Oregon Tree Works, on our property to do some considerable tree trimming and removal. He is absolutely outstanding in his craft. Kody will work hard to understand what you want done, he will review with you what he believes the work is and how it will be accomplished and do the work in a safe and efficient manner. His prices are very reasonable. His crew works very well together and they are honest and respectful of your property. We had some very large and challenging tree removals and he was able to do so very effectively and safely for people and property.

This is a bit late, so I apologize to Kody. We bought a nice house with a big beautiful oak tree in the backyard last year, well it was actually 3-4 trees combined at the trunk. The problem was it was splitting on all sides, and had lengths of large limbs that spanned from my backyard to my front yard over the living room, and it also had a very large limb hanging over my neighbors roof. To get to the good stuff, I asked 6 different contractors to come bid it. Every one of them said I needed a crane with a 100' span on it. The crane alone is about 6k a day...YIKES! Kody is very professional and polite. He had 3 full grown fir trees to bring down in a very, very tight space where 4 properties come together. He had to climb and remove all 3 trees. He did it without damage to anybody's property. He cleaned up all the mess also. He quoted 4-5 hrs but it took him 2 1/2 hrs to complete. We are very, very pleased with his work. Hire this guy, you won't be disappointed. His rates are extremely reasonable....can't say enough good things!!!!
