My experience with this company could not have been more stellar. We had carpet in our house that must have been at least forty years old. We finally decided that it was time to pull the trigger. We stopped by the business and selected "Shaw Heritage Oak" vinyl plank flooring. It's a light greyish color that is just gorgeous! We had them do the Master Bedroom first and then decided that we could live with the same for the rest of the upstairs. They had their work cut out for them. We have a house that was built in the seventies and the floors were very wavy and had been laid with

Every step in the process of getting new floors was easy, from the quote to the install. Kevin came out and explained things and asked a lot of questions for the quote. He made it so easy to pick out what we wanted with all the different choices for flooring these days. They started the job on time. The installers took their time to ensure everything was to our liking. They even took time to correct a threshold issue we had. The pricing was very reasonable. I am so happy with my new floors. I needed new carpeting & advice on refinishing or replacing a hardwood floor. Ken provided me with multiple options for both, within a reasonable budget. Their team was great, arriving when scheduled, cleaning up at the end of the day, & getting the job completed within the original schedule. It’s like having a new house. The carpet looks wonderful.. The new hardwood floor (ultimately decided to replace rather than refinish) is better than the old one.
