My friend went to get a part replaced. Shop installed the part wrong, and it broke again. When my friend went back to get it warrantied, they tried to charge him again for labor, saying "the part is warrantied but the labor is not." Why on earth would we pay you to reinstall a part you should have done right the first time?

Worst service we have ever experienced in any industry, ever.
Windshield had a chip in it when we purchased the car, they said they would have it repaired. Never happened.
Seat belt latch broke. Made appointment to have it replaced. Arrived and it took them two hours to tell me that it was broke and they needed to replace it. They had to order the part, so that was another trip to Finley after the part arrived.
Our extended warranty, bumper to bumper, evidently does not cover any electronics or the airbag. To fix the airbag, the ‘service airbag’ light is on, they removed the fuse and put

Paid top dollar for a used vehicle. Was very clean inside and out. Salesman assured me that "it has gone through the shop and nothing was wrong with it." Big mistake taking his word for it. After I got it home and did my own inspection I found 1 missing swaybar link, sway bar bushings shot, 1 lower ball joint loose both inner tie rod ends loose, 1 tire that doesn't hold air. 2 broken exhaust manifold bolts - exhaust leaking, air compressor very noisy, aftermarket radio with no Navagation and did not work with dvd screens, engine oil leak, front strut leaking, rear washer doesn't work, engine oil
