Jason was able to come out within days of our 16ft. door breaking down. He got it fixed up and added strengthener for more stability. He then didn't forget to come back out and move our opener motor to where it is supposed to be for longer life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...Can't express it enough. Thanks Jason!
