VERY SLOW TO respond and fix a furnace for my niece when it went out 10 days ago. She is still waiting for 'a part'..... She has been living in ONE room of her house, with a space heater and electric blankets. I would NOT recommend this company. I could say more, but I am too upset of this poor service. Warranty or no warranty!
