Last year I spent almost $6000 Dollars getting new sub floors and Laminate flooring. They came out did the job. Took a week to complete. 1 month later the floor starts to pop apart. Called they sent out there Cabinet guy to fix it. Then another month goes by same thing happens call them to tell them the issue Rick said he will come look at it. Well… he never shows up I go back again then he states he will send someone out to look at it. It’s the cabinet guy again so he does what he can do. About 2 months go by my child falls through her floor I called Rick again. He has every excuse

We highly recommend and enjoyed doing business with country carpet. It was a pleasure working with the office staff, Jennifer, her mom and Ricky. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find the carpet I was looking for. Glen the installer and Fox the gentleman who tore up the old flooring and carpeting and both guys moved… furniture out and back in room in three rooms with professionalism, speed, delicately with some of the antique pieces. BUYER BEWARE!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COUNTRY CARPETS TO ANYONE! Extremely unprofessional, will take your money and not finish the install.
We had a major home renovation and was recommended to Country Carpet from a trusted person. We picked out the carpet and vinyl but the day of install, we were informed that they didn't have enough vinyl for the job. The owner, Rick, suggested that we pick out additional vinyl for the remaining area but we didn't want mismatched vinyl. He told us that he was cancelling our install unless we picked out new vinyl that day (I had to leave work early because
