Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Never got the QC walk the salesman promised. I've dug out and reset 4 support post that were not concrete in place. Poor quality in wood. Workers don't speak English, and treated my property as a construction site that someone else was going to clean. Not worth the price. People pay premium to receive premium, not we tried are best.

Natural Enclosures installed a black chain link fence for me. They did a sloppy and unacceptable job! They came out on Thursday and Saturday to install. Monday morning I received an invoice for the balance, but my fence was not even completed! After sending a list and pictures of what needed to be fixed (and the trash they left everywhere), they sent someone out to fix it. I requested someone different than who came out to install initially and was told it would be and what time he would be there. I planned to be home when he got there, but to my surprise, the guy was leaving from fixing it when

I used this company to install my wood fence..
Also, I used this company to restain my fence.
I paid the required down payment..it took almost 3 months for them to perform this task…not to best,,
I had to call several times for updates…
They were always apologetic for delay
When they came …my flowers were sprayed with stain
Areas of the fence were not stained to my satisfaction…
Guess what?
The invoice for balance came the next day!
I called to ask them to come back to my property,…STILL NO SHOW as of today..July 11…almost a month later…
Still another invoice came for balanceâ€

I had high hopes for this company, but I was disappointed. The initial estimate appointment was great, but when I called back a week later to schedule, no one returned my call. 3 weeks later, I called to schedule an appointment. My initial estimate had increased over 800 dollars. I was told that Tim would call me to discuss other alternatives, but I never received that call. Unfortunately, I'll be using someone else with much more reasonable prices and better professionalism.

I could not, in good faith, advise anyone to use Natural Enclosures.
From the beginning of our contract, we were treated with disrespect. The
wooden fence they installed did not meet our needs as to what we explained to Jason, their salesman. When I spoke with the owner, Danny, he stated it would be taken care of however he presented another bill to me of $1400.00.
The gate is AWFUL! They installed an 8 foot fence for privacy yet the gate does not come together leaving an approximate opening of two inches. The gate latch did not even meet to so it could be locked!
Now I am having to call another

First time encounter wasn’t the best. Called three times to get information and each time a rep answered, heard my question, and hung up.
Called from a different number and the same question asked was answered.
I received their info from a neighbor because I like this company’s work but the work and professionalism go hand in hand for me.
Unfortunately, I will continue my search.

After a couple challenging months with the communication, the team at NE did right by us and beautifully stained our fence.
We are happy with the end result, the fence came out awesome. We finally will be able to enjoy our back yard with our completed fence.
The two gentlemen who came out to stain the fence were AWESOME! Courteous, professional and quick! They were a joy to have working on our home.

We recently had our fence stained by Natural Enclosures and are pleased with the end result. The only issue we had was the long wait time to get it stained. We paid our deposit on January 14, 2019, but they didn't start the job until March 13, 2019 even though I was told their schedule was 2-3 weeks out. I do understand rain played a factor in the delay, but I don't understand the company not calling me to give updates. I had to call them, which is unfortunate.
